Vieilles Vignes des Bouveries Vintage 2019

A masterpiece of balance intended for high-flying gastronomy. The living, chalky soil of the Bouveries plot a few meters from the Priory gives this very great wine. This single-plot cuvée reveals the full style of Champagne Saint-Sauveur. The 2019 vintage produced 2,359 precious bottles.

On the nose, it reveals aromas of barley sugar, toast, and on the palate, white-fleshed fruits and brioche. An oenological journey and an ode to our emblematic grape varieties! To be enjoyed with sea bass, turbot with truffle, or with foie gras.
