Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2017 Premier Cru

After a rigorous selection of Vertus and Oger grapes from the 2019 harvest, this vintage achieves a very nice balance on the palate between luscious citrus fruits, a light hint of vanilla, and a beautiful toasty character, after five years of aging on lees.
Its very pale gold color, with silvery reflections, and its subtle nose of white flowers with buttery notes immediately capture the attention of the lover of great Blanc de Blancs.
Its airy palate, with its integrated acidity, lends the wine a great finesse. Enjoy it as an aperitif with foie gras, or during a meal with fish or veal, for example.
