Clos de Saint-Sauveur Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2017

A superb Blanc de Blancs that combines smoothness, structure and minerality. The elegant character of this vintage, marked by finesse and authenticity, is in the image of the centuries-old vine from which it comes : the Clos du Prieuré de Saint-Sauveur, also called Clos des Moines, due to its history. This clos was purchased by one of our ancestors in 1886.

A vinous aspect and a subtly and deliciously toasted character give the 2017 vintage the attributes of the greatest Blanc de Blancs. To be enjoyed with seafood, fish, cheeses , or foie gras.
