Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Saint-Sauveur Extra-Brut

This Blanc de Blancs, a blend of the 2015 and 2017 reserve wines and the 2018 harvest, is a tribute to Chardonnay, the flagship grape variety of the Côte des Blancs.

This vintage is a masterpiece of balance. With its brilliant gold color, its fine and persistent effervescence, it offers exceptional freshness and depth, the fruits of meticulous work and unique know-how. On the palate, the white-fleshed fruits return, as well as notes of lime blossom and bergamot. Beautiful iodized notes, and a dancing bubble.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif with foie gras, or during a meal with seafood , white meat or fish.
